This Taco John's deserves 0 stars. I was in the area for a few days, and unfortunately gave this restaurant two chances. The first time, I received 3 items. Upon arriving at my hotel, I realized that all 3 items were wrong. I should not have gone back... but I was driving right by and it was convenient. This time I went inside to make sure I got the right food. Ordering was chaotic. I had to tell the guy at the register what I wanted multiple times, but he constantly tried to charge me for the wrong food. The restaurant itself was disgusting. The pop/condiment station was filthy. The tables were dirty, but the employees did clean the trays. In fact, all they did the entire time I was inside was clean trays, talk, and hang out in the restrooms. Yes, the employees went into the restrooms for long periods of time and only came out when other employees would knock on the door and tell them it was time. What they were doing in there is beyond me, and I probably don't want to know. Don't go here. After I got my food, I honestly was so disgusted I didn't want to eat it. Seriously... it's terrible. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
Typically food is quick. Very affordable. Not always the warmest.
Decent food. I feel it can be very hit or miss. I have had a few times where the potatoes are just very over cooked and others where it is great.
I like this place better than Taco Bell. Soft tacos have a bit more meat in them and the wait, albeit still a relatively longer wait here (at least three to five minutes at the window). They also offer a Mayo discount.
Typically don't get this problem here, but I went through the drive through Friday December 1st around 1:50ish and got the meat and potato combo. Only thing I ate all day, ended up getting food poisoning and threw up everything. Not too happy that I spent 10 dollars just to throw it up.
