I urge anyone that has used a debit card at this location to view their bank statements immediately. I had a fraudulent transaction appear on my bank statement. The GM suggested that it was a late payment taken 48 days later. The complete unwillingness of the GM to handle this situation on a serous matter is alarming. I suggest if you plan to eat at this establishment to use cash only.
Say they only deliver to boardway i can literally throw a popcorn kernel and hit broadway. Whats worse is they have delivered to me at this address multiple times and never had a problem with it.
The food is good. Of all the sandwich shops, their menu is my favorite. The service is a little off. They seem to hire sullen teenagers and their attitude shows. I can tell they're not trying to be rude, but they have sarcastic personalities.
If you're hankering for a delicious sandwich order your food, ignore any strange staff comments, and take it to go.
Best sub sandwich I've had since leaving Cleveland! I wanted to get several more to bring back with me but time ran short! Next time I come I'll leave in plenty of time to grab a few before my flight!
