We waited so long for someone to seat us I finally had to call to let them know people were waiting. The waitress didn't speak English. Not a big deal except she couldn't write down our order and couldn't remember it. She left the building after giving is the bill and No one came out to collect the money. Finally we just left it on the table and left.
The food was pretty decent. Although the crab Rangoon was way too salty. But what really bit the dust was that the service was so slow and the waitress was never around. We were the only customers in there, too.
Love this place. Great food at great prices. I'm picky and they always accommodate my wishes with a smile. My waitress was so sweet and on the ball. She anticipated all my needs. I left a very happy customer once again! I eat here often because I like the food, but also because of the wonderful service.
I’ve been going here for over 8 years, practically almost every weekend. I order the spicy green beans often, and it was amazing. But, now it tastes nothing like it used to; its bland, green beans are hard and dry. It’s the third time they’ve messed up on my order. And to add, it’s not only this order, but also on their fresh spring rolls, general tsos, and some other stir fry items on their menu. Also, not all the servers aren’t the greatest and seem to not care about their customers. I’m very very disappointed and don’t plan on going here anymore.
Food was very good. The prices were reasonable but service was weird.
I've never had problems eating there until today!!! They were clearly understaffed and new waitresses that do not know how to handle the rush. We asked a server to take order and she said she would be back and never came back. People were sitting around waiting to be seated, for food, boxes to go, and their checks. We ended up leaving after sitting for 20 mins. Wasted time on my lunch hour.
