The food is always good here and I normally have great service (shout out to waiter Brad), but today I had an unexceptable experience. Our waitress Jaymee was very courteous at first, but when it came to our drinks she took a turn. I always get the Boston ice teas and get free refills (like it says on the menu). Our waitress tried to charge us for a refill and said I quote, "The Boston ice teas have NEVER had free refills". We asked to see the menu where it clearly states that we were correct. She grabbed a menu but instead of giving it to us she looked at it and then she realized that she was wrong, but instead of apologizing and owning up to her mistake she said it wasn't on the menu and asked if we would like to talk to the manager. We did and he told us that we were right that the teas have free refills, but we must have mistaken what our waitress said because she never said that they weren't free refills. We realized that our waitress had misinformed the manager of the situation causing him to come out by sounding rude. The situation was disappointing but we didn't allow it to ruin our dinner. I gives this three stars only because of our bad dining experience.
The waitress Jaime worked hard, and apologized several times for the wait, but endless shrimp is at their pace not mine!!! I was told there computers lock out orders so the couldn't do more than 1 at a time!!! I'm pretty sure if people eat like me there will be 4 hour wait for dinner!!!
Arrived at around 6:30 on a Tuesday night. Sat 15 min waiting to be called up.. Counted 15 tables/booths wide open and clean and waiting for people to be sat at and after we got sat down waited at least 10 min for a server to ask what we wanted for drinks.. Love the place but come on staff.....
First time customers and I loved it! They had new menus and the decor was upscale from the others we visited from this chain. The waitress Anna (I think) was incredibly prompt, helpful, and pleasant! The food and drink was delivered right away. The portions were plebtyful as well as piping hot. The food was fantastic. I recommend the surf and turf special with the shrimp topped steak, baked potato, and asparagus. My husband had a beutifuly cut and prepared 11 oz New York strip. By far my favorite dining experience in Rochester so far.
