Found plastic chunk in food. Management replaced the dish and gave us a coupon for a free one next time. First time I've ever run into something like this at a noodles. I was happy to see it handled so professionally.

Ordered two orders of buttered noodles and when they arrived they were cold! We told one of the wait staff and first they offered to make us a fresh bowl, but then came back and said they were out of noodles...REALLY-NOODLES WAS OUT OF NOODLES! Really disappointing since we were really looking forward to a hot meal on a cold rainy evening!
I went in for a late lunch today and there was no one upfront for about 10 minutes. Once I finally got my food all the silverware looked like it had been used then given to the next customer. When I told the manager she told me too bad and refused to be helpful. I will never go back even though I work across the street.
