Fun experience, my 3 year old son loved it. It's very focused on the arcade games. The pizza is good, greasy pizza as you would expect. When I was younger the stage shows were a huge deal, but they don't seem to do them as often and the kids don't run over to watch anymore. Sad!
I stopped to use my $30 of gift cards. I did not want to spend more money, just use the gift cards. Their gift card redeemer was not working. The lady told me it had been down for weeks and had no idea when it would be up and running. With 3 kids that expected to play I had to spend additional money because someone is slacking and not fixing their gift card redeemer machine.
My grandkids n I had a blast. They never been to one before n got very excited over "The Mouse" ...lol
We recently hosted a party for 22 kids at the Rochester Chuck E. Cheese. Our hostess was Tamra.We were delighted with her efficiency and organizational skill. Very helpful and proactive! The pizza is good and freshly made.The entire place is quite hygienic. Kids have a great time because they can run around and be as noisy as they like.
Pizza was much better than I remember from 10+years ago lol but kids had a great time..even the older ones (19yr olds)
