We are from out of town and do not know Rochester very well. Having a room elsewhere, I drove by the place several times before I decided to call and check on pricing. (It was the bright blue doors that caught my eye and made me curious.) I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, polite and informative voice on the phone ***Best pricing around*** and if that doesn't bring you in or make you curious, this property is ***family owned & operated*** which is HUGE for me this day and age. I REALLY love that you don't have to walk down 2 miles of hallways to get to your room. Bonuses: easy access, close to Mayo clinic, close to several shopping places, Shuttle services, Ice machine in lobby/office (!!), provides light breakfast with coffee in lobby/office, rooms are quaint, clean and spacious, rooms have fridge, micro and coffee pot, offers wake up call, has large windows and outdoor patio area. I also love all the personal touches and creativeness that you find in a family owned and ran business! Great job and we will be staying here again for sure!
Room was very clean and quiet.. I had a relaxing night. I will definitely be staying there again.
The guy who ran this place was extremely nice. Its exactly what you would expect for the price. The sheets didn't fit the bed and the blanket kind of seemed like a curtain for a window. Bring your own if you stay. Also the people that stayed there were super sketchy, but they don't really have control of that. Might stay there again. Not sure though.
Nice, clean rooms. Accommodating and friendly staff. GREAT RATES !!!! Walking distance from a few restaurants and a gas station/mini Mart. I would definantly stay here again!!!
