The first night that we got here, the lady at the front desk did not make eye contact, didn’t smile, and had a monotone voice. Got to the room, had two queen size beds, blankets and sheets on both beds were dirty. When I asked for clean sheets the same lady from before came in to remake one bed. She was very rude, did not talk, said there you guys go and walked out. The paint on the walls are chipped, there are stains on the counter in the bathroom and on the bottom of the tub, the inside of the fridge had rust on the shelves, and the micrwave was dirty. The beds are spring mattress’ and are highly uncomfortable. Without the 8 pillows in the room I probably wouldn’t have been able to sleep.
Very friendly & helpful staff. They definitely went the extra mile. The hot breakfast was good & apply supplied even at it's busiest. I'd recommend it to everyone, especially Mayo Clinic guests.
Clean linens. Fresh towels. Quiet room. Friendly hospitality. Delicious breakfast. Wonderful time.
There were kids running up and down the halls at 8:00 pm, throwing confetti around, knocking on doors and nobody said anything. The smell of weed was so strong on our hall, it was coming into our room. Even with the window open it didn’t go away.
I would highly suggest you don’t stay here.
Great people and great hotel. Also the breakfast is great. The only thing I had a problem with was the shuttle to the Mayo clinic. They took off and I waved them down a whole block, but they kept driving away. I missed my appointment with Mayo Clinic not good.
Great customer service before and during check in. Breakfast was not bad for price. Did I mention we got great deal?!? Beds looks a bit older but SUPER comfy. Room was clean. Pool area was cleanest of any we've ever stayed (we travel a lot). Great location. Only real complaint was housekeeping during stay was rather light work.
