This hotel has very poor security. I would not recommend staying here. I went to the front desk to get an extra key for our room and was given one without being asked for my ID or even my name. Anyone could walk up to the desk and get a key for some else's room. This is very scary! I told the front desk staff about my concern and she didn't seem to understand what was wrong with her actions. My husband went back to the desk later because our keys got deactivated. The same person reactivated the keys for the room number he told her without asking for a name or ID again! My children were afraid to be in the room after that without the security bar closed.
Room was fine and clean. Not as updated as other hotels but for the purpose of my stay, it served the purpose. Location was nice as we were in town for an event at the Civic center and could walk through the skyways.
Fantastic customer service! All staff members were extremely helpful and enabled me to get my work done while at the hotel. Comfy bed and good night sleep.
Clean and comfy rooms, and the staff are amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Especially Dan, who is a server in the restaurant. He went above and beyond and made our experience memorable. Great location, too. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. I'm so glad we stayed there!
The hotel rooms, common areas, and pool was clean. The room was very hot upon arrival. The room faced the garage, which was lit all night. There were thin, full-size curtains that didn't block the light at all, and otherwise only a thin strip of decorative curtain on each window. There was nothing at all to shield the room from the garage light so the room was essentially lit all night long. The bathroom was also not equipped with a fan. Not a terrible place to spend a night but certainly won't be my first choice if I return.
