I wanted to purchase a unique engagement ring that had most of the features we found to have liked while shopping around. I know of Master Jeweler through my parents who go there for repairs and new jewelry often. Bernie consulted with us and drew up a CAD design and emailed it. He was able to incorporate everything. Now that we have it, we stop in every time we're back in Rochester to get it cleaned. They recognize us even though we're in only a few times a year.

I had two pair of Black Hills Gold earrings that had belonged to my mother-in-law; they had been stored for some time and were dirty and discolored. I took them to the store to see if they could restore them, and besides a basic cleaning, Bernie buffed them and they look like new! I wish I could post the before and after photos...the difference is unbelievable. I am so grateful to Master Jewelers for this - this was not a "big ticket" item for them, but it has restored these family heirlooms to their original luster, and it means a great deal to us.
