Great experience- Took a few pieces in for a quick fix & they came back looking great. Picked up some earrings too! They will add sparkle to both business and casual outfits! Kind and courteous staff. Highly recommend.
Honestly, this is the only place in town you need to go! My fiancee and I just got engaged, and I shopped all over town and online in order to find the right ring at the right price. All the chain retail stores in town felt uncomfortable and pushy, but Randy at Hight and Randall was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured at all! Prices were competitive, and while you can generally find the cheapest prices online, you can't beat the experience of buying a ring in person. I will and do recommend Hight and Randall to all my friends and any getting engaged/looking at buying a ring!
Went in to get information about a jewelry appraisal. They were extremely professional and told me what all an appraisal would do for me as well as what insurance coverage I should make sure I had. They did not pressure me to use there services. I was very impressed!
My 93 year old parents and I just had fantastic service at Hight and Randall, Personal Jewelers. From the initial phone call to the picking up of the repaired item we were treated with kindness, humor and professionalism. Megan, Randy and Barbara all were involved and we enjoyed working with all three. I will return with future needs and I personally recommend this as a quality business.
The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. After having only been there twice, they recognized me. Randy helpfully cut a ring off for me prior to surgery. I returned to have my rings resized. I got them back sooner than expected and they look brand new! I would recommend Hight and Randall to anyone looking for quality and personal service.
