I will never shop here again. I purchased 2 open heart necklaces from Kay's and the chains are the cheapest pieces of crap I have ever seen. They both broke within weeks of buying them. I was then charged to have them fixed which broke in the same place days latter. Kay's don't care about their customers at all. If I were you I'd shop else where's.
My husband and I were ready to buy a new ring set, put at least $800 down, trade in my old one and finance the rest. When we got to the store the first sales associate was more then willing to help and friendly. But when a old lady, glasses, and short blonde hair that worked there stepped in she seemed so not thrilled to help us. She was so rude and gave us the worst impression that we weren't worth her time. We lied and said I'd wait to do a anything and we left. I feel as if i was being judged because of my appearance. I have a full sleeve, my lip pierced twice, and my nosed pierced, wearing a ninja turtle shirt... That might sound funny but I actually am married, with two beautiful daughters, have 3 pets, and am the store manager of Maurices. And I am one of the nicest people to Meet when you treat me like I'm normal. I'm so disappointed with my visit there at kay jewelers. And kay jewelers should be disappointed at that lady for losing a $6,000 sale. I could swear up a storm, but really just want to say never judge anyone before you know them..... I'm ashamed in society, tattoos are so common these days, GET USED TO IT!!
