Nice clean spacious facility. I only wish they had a bigger indoor swimming pool.
I love the RAC. My yoga teacher Leanna is fantastic and I play squash there also.
Overall it's a great gym, just sometimes people can be rude while using the machinery and staff can be slightly unresponsive.
The gym is really nice without a doubt best in Rochester; but the price is steep. If you’re single it’s close to $80 a month not counting registration/annual fees.
Nice place, usually crowded especially in basketball courts. Neighborhood needs some remodeling, mainly near the batting cages. The floor(by the batting cages) has cracks in it and the paint is wearing out. A lot of the people who work out here are upper class snobs while some are pretty friendly. Overall pricey but decent gym or "athletic club".
It’s very similar to lifetime, except more focus on family and a little less on fitness. I will say it is nicer than the lakeville lifetime, the only one I have ever been to, but it has wayyyyyy less free weights, machines, treadmills, etc. The only down fall is the price for a single person is a little high, it has great couple/family packages though.
