Absolutely the very BEST & ONLY place to get in shape! I love Fitness Evolution in Rochester! The owner Trevor, is wonderful. He and his staff care about each and every person that walks through their doors. They have EVERYTHING a great fitness center should. From classes to instructors, spinning, and online tools. The staff always have smiles on their faces and are always willing to help when needed! The clssses are great and extremely helpful, especially if you are new to working out and do not know what to do for a workout. I love this place and I love the staff!
BEWARE! Dirty, old gym. Besides that, we canceled over 3 months ago, and their billing system continued to charge us. The same billing company that the belly-up WOW! used to use, by the way. We are now out $97.50 because of their faulty billing system. The fact that the employee in the past didn't provide us any paperwork to show that we canceled was unfortunate, and Fitness Evolution didn't refund our money because of it. What happened to customer service? They should have taken care of us right then and there, and refunded the money.
Cheap place to workout, but it can be more clean. For starters, there should be one more squat rack, the water fountains are dirty, the inside room smell like dogs all the time. The management is good and helpful, but regarding the cleanliness, there should be more improvement.
Very nice and clean facility! Young, hard working staff...you don’t see this often but you will here! Quality equipment and knowledgeable staff and trainers. Stop in, you will not be disappointed
