In a world where you constantly feel judged, Burn is a place where no one compares you to anyone. The trainers are incredible at pushing you and encouraging you to do more than you ever thought possible. If I miss a day of boot camp, my day does not feel complete, I can’t miss Burn!

I started my journey with Burn Boot Camp Rochester almost 1 year ago. It has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I committed for the initial 30 day trial....and I was hooked in the first few days. Workouts are never the same, they are challenging and fun, and at your level. The energy....the support...and friendships were all bonuses I never expected from a gym. The trainer is top notch, supportive, and super knowledgeable about all things health. Burn Boot Camp is an amazing place where a very diverse group of women come together to build each other up! Everyone there has their own stories and "why's". The trainers are superb and truly care about each and every person that walks through the door! I am so happy they came to town!
