In my opinion its the best gym in town. I am really able to focus and work hard in the weight room. A lot of great people go here.

A bit of a ratty gym, but they try and are nice. Pricing can be negotiated--my husband got childcare thrown in for a song.
Staff is extremely kind and so helpful! This place is a gem in Rochester. Large selection of cardio, yoga/stretching, and weight equipment for all. I love the group classes (especially cycling) offered daily by their excellent instructors. This place is locally owned and operated, and it really shows. Best customer service hands down. Highly recommend. They also recently added a massage therapist that works absolute magic. Wouldn't take my business anywhere else!
This is a great place to work out. They don't have every machine under the sun but they do have a lot. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Another really nice feature is that the place is big, so even when it is busy it doesn't feel crowded.
