As an IT professional, I depend on Miracle - not only for parts, but for advice as well. They're always gracious about answering my questions, and when I need something, one phone call takes care of it. I don't have to worry that my order won't get taken care of; it's always on time.
I highly recommend Miracle. I trust their staff implicitly, and I know they'll go the extra mile to take care of all their customers. It's nice to have a locally-owned shop; dealing with big box stores and national chains has never been my cup of tea. I like to know who's working on my order or machines. So, if you need repairs or a new machine, I encourage you to talk to Miracle first. You won't need to contact anybody else.
They're also excellent communicators. If they don't have the answer to something, they'll find it. This is especially important, since I want things done right the first time, and I can depend on their staff to make certain the information they provide is correct.

I had the best experience with this company, we had a very special homemade family video on imovie that we were unable to transfer to a DVD disc at any other computer help store (we went to four stores). When we arrived at this store the gentleman who worked with us was amazing. He got new software in order to transfer the imovie to a DVD disc, not only did he make one DVD video for us, but he made two. The Christmas spirit is alive this holiday season, and we are so lucky that this company was able to help us. The man that helped us will never fully understand how much this video means to our entire family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts-The Heeren's.
I dropped our computer back in Jan and didnt hear anything for 2 months and the only reason I finally heard something was I called them, I was told it was on there test bench and that they would be calling me back never heard anything. So I waited for a month and I called again no answer so I left a message and no one returned my phone call so 7 months later I went in and picked it up. Never again will I even think about taking a computer there. I would rather go and purchase a new computer then to take one there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star but that is the only way that I can post this.
After more than 2 weeks in the shop, the best you can do for an ETA is say "it's on the bench." If the fix is complicated, that's fine. But please sound engaged and act like you care about the customer, please.
