I love these guys, streat forward, fair on price and i trust them with my life and livelihood. I like doing my own work on my Subaru but i find my self going to them when i dont have time or something is out of my depth. I would not trust anyone else with remote start on a new car. Im just waiting to get a decal from them for my crosstrek!
One of my speakers blew and I needed something asap. Shane helped me out and actually went above and beyond and saw a wiring problem that was previously installed by someone else and fixed it up out of curiosity and good business. Midwest customs is the only place I'll go for my car audio! Highly recommended!
Everyone here is extremely knowledgeable. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. Would definitely recommend for all your car needs.
If your a customer who is high on customer service and communication like I am, this is definitely not the shop for you. I had some truck work done, was told by Brian the owner it would take two days for everything to come in, (which I thought was fast) two days went by and no call. Not even a courtesy call saying "...hey, your shipment hasn't came in yet, thanks for being patient..." And I would have been totally fine with it. I had to call and find out they weren't in. I was also told I would be getting a call the day before to verify that I was bringing my truck down, and that everything was a go for installation. Once again, no call. I had to call them. Worst of all, for all the times I called Brian or talked to him, he couldn't remember my name. 0-5 customer satisfaction.
