I've been coming to Tires Plus for various things over the years, but I am completely done. They replaced the tires on my husband's car about 4 months ago. They haven't stopped leaking since. He's brought it in several times and each time they "fix" it and send him home, but it still keeps leaking. This week I brought my car in after it started squealing and smelling bad. They took a day to look at it and then quoted me $700 for the part and labor. After looking up the part online and finding out it was a $35 part, we called back and were told the price was set by the manager and he was unavailable until the next day. We were quoted $250 by several other shops in town and ended up taking my car somewhere else. Don't go to Tires Plus, they will do shoddy work and over charge you for it.
Showed up at 1 in the afternoon on a Tuesday with a screw in my tire. Was told I would need to make an appointment to have it patched and the soonest they could get me in was Sunday. I walked out and found somewhere that wanted my business.
Got a quote, then went to automotive procare and saved 500.00. Tires Plus has old misinformed employees. Don't GO!
Poor customer service, tell them they are bad at their jobs and THEY WILL ARGUE WITH YOU! THEY LOVE TO TELL THEIR CUSTOMERS THAT THEY ARE STUPID THEN RECOMMEND THE WRONG SIZED TIRE!!! HAD TO COME IN FOR A RETURN AND THEY ARGUED WITH ME SOME MORE ABOUT WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!! THEY ARE CONNECTED TO Firestone AND NEITHER COMPANY EMPLOYS PEOPLE THAT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT TIRES OR CARS!!! THE COMPUTER DOES ALL THE WORK, AND WHEN THE COMPUTER CANT TELL THEM WHAT TO DO, THEY PANICKED AND SAY THEY CANT DO ANYTHING. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! THEY DID RETURN MY TIRE, WHICH DESERVES A 1 STAR :) THIS IS THE NEW WORLD. RESPECT IF YOU WANT RESPECT.
