Received great service, they were booked full with hail damaged cars, and customers, they were still able to give me a "rough estimate" on repairing my pickup. The estimate was fair and honest.
They do an absolutely fantastic job, but they take a long time, and lost my information, I had to keep chasing them even thought they said they were going to call several times. Their work is spectacular though.
I have had several of my company vehicles repaired by abra. Trent and Scott have always been great to work with and very fair with pricing. Any issues were always handled promptly with no questions asked
I brought my car to them and they did a really good job. There was more damage than I'd expected so it took over a week to fix, but when I saw the print out of all the charges I noticed they spent over 40 hours just on my car. That tells me they are very careful and they like to do a good job. The staff is nice and they keep you informed of the progress on your vehicle. They even offer rides or to pick up your car so you don't have to go and just sit there waiting.
Unfortunately had to bring my car twice this year already and guys at Abra did an awesome job both times. Good communication
