We had City Auto Glass replace the windshield in our 2014 Impala. They did a good job replacing the glass, no leaks or whistling noise, which I'm happy about. The Impala has a camera for the lane departure system attached to the glass with the rear view mirror. They did not reassemble this correctly. The rear view mirror was wobbly because they didn't tighten the screw completely and the camera system fell apart when I was driving. They had used blue painters tape to keep the camera inside the plastic housing because they couldn't get the camera back into the factory clips. I asked them to come back and fix it, which they promptly did the next day. Unfortunately this time they used black duct tape to keep the camera together. The assembly hasn't fallen apart like when they used the painter tape, but it would have been nice if they fixed it correctly instead of trying to use duct tape on it and hope it doesn't come apart again.

My go to place for anything Auto glass. Great service from the reception to all the employees I dealt with. Had a broken power window, they got the part and fixed in a few hours. They even offered me a ride home so I didn't have to wait at the shop. I highly recommend this place, professional, personal and great experiences every time.
Very friendly and great service. I needed to attach my review mirror to the glass since it fell off. Before going to the City Auto Glass, I visited three auto shops to ask if they can attach the mirror. But they couldn't fix it because the mirror was too heavy to attach to the glass again. At that point, I was pretty frustrated. But the guy at the City Auto Glass attempted to fix it, experimenting a few methods that he could think of, and he did find the way and attached the mirror back for me! He didn't even ask any fees for it. I was so happy that the mirror was back and appreciated their services.
Update: Shortly after this review was posted. They offered to fix the camera system. They were able to fix the camera correctly this time and it has been working great since then.
