I set up appointment with these guys to have my heater looked at and the guy didn't ask my name or anything, he said yeah I spouse we could look at it. Then I callled a couple days later to cancel the appointment because something came up and they didn't even have my appointment scheduled at all! Luckily I canceled me appointment and didn't actually go through with the non existent appointment. I would of been so pissed if I would of showed up there and they would of told me sorry we have no record of your appointment. You guys need to get it together and have some better l costumer service!! Learn how to be more organized and treat your costumers with more importance, because there's plenty of other places to go in Rochester! Thanks for nothing
