I liked it, and whoever said i got an oil change there and that was a problem, what happend?
I have been going here for routine service for a few years, and the service is always great. Most recently I needed new tires. I was helped by Shane who is friendly and very helpful.

The $39.95 price for the "Works" oil change requires a coupon as per Rochester Ford. They would not give me the price without one, even after telling them there is nothing on the Ford site that states a coupon is required. The requirement is only shown in the fine print after printing the coupon itself. So instead of allowing me to pull it up on my phone, they stuck me with $65 for the same $40 worth of work. So much for dealer integrity.
