They suck- or at least the two imbeciles they sent to move our furniture were. We called to have them take apart one of our couches and move it to another location. The said they'd be there between 3 and 5pm. I waited for them for 2 and half hours. I had to leave because I had other things to do. We called a second time and rescheduled for another day. They showed up 2 and half hours late and then said they had to go back and fix a problem at another location because, that's how much they suck. They told me that they'd be back in 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into another hour and a half. If this wasn't public, I'd use some stronger language. To put it lightly, your employees are pitiful and your customer service is a joke.
Great place to get nice stuff
Got a TV and just did not like the true motion on it. They allowed me to turn it back in and get a different one. I have had a very positive experience with the sales person and MGR. Thank you
Giving home choice a 1 star is even to much!!!!!! The customer service at the Rochester MN location is absolutely horrible! sent our broken dryer in for the second time in the 3 months we have had it and its just been sitting in the store for 2 weeks... And will take atleast 3 weeks to be fixed.. Then they gave us a broken replacement and blamed us for it breaking.. Schedule a time for them to look at it and they never came but filled out paper work saying that they came!!! Absolutely the worst company i have ever dealt with!!!
I bought a washer and dryer from them and they hooked everything up later on down the road my floor started getting wet so i looked behind the washer and they didn't hook things up right and i had mold and the floor started to sag from all the water and they didnt want to do anything about it so now im stuck with the mess never again will i buy from these guys. They are happy to sell you something but an ass when you have a problem as they say its the home owners problems so every one double check their work if you get something from them but i suggest you not to
