We just purchased a couch from Joel DeKok and had amazing service. We shopped around and experienced both the store that didn't acknowledge you upon your visit, albeit over 30 minutes, to the more pressured salesman that followed us around at another store..... you can imagine our excitement when we met Joel. He was friendly, no pressure, gave us all kinds of options while walking us through the showroom to try each one. He reminded us of the times we would be using the couch - tired after work so lay down like you would at home and try it out. It was truly a great experience and I will purchase my furniture here from now on, but also highly recommend Joel to all I know. Thanks Joel for great service and a couch that fits our room and our family so well. We'll definitely be back!!!

This store is HUGE but they helped us find exactly what we were looking for - comfy and something we could afford. We will definitely go back for more purchases
We placed an order over 3 months ago for a couch sleeper, a sectional, and a dining room table. We were told that the table will be there in a week. Three months later, we have not received our table. I have called numerous times for a call back but magically the salesperson who gladly took our money, never gets the message. When we had the sectional and the couch delivered, the owner delivered it and stated that he would actually speak with the store when he got back from the delivery and call me back with the status of the table. Guess what? No call back! Shocker. I again called today because they told us that they would deliver the table last week, then again this week. I was told it wouldn't be delivered until next week now. I get it, things get delayed. But the way the customer service is from owner down to the salespeople is an absolute joke. Will absolutely never shop here again.
Very good selection and friendly staff. We have had two pieces there that we're delayed because if issues once the items arrived, which was actually a good thing! The staff inspected the furniture we ordered upon arrival and decided in two instances that there was some shipping damage and that rather than deliver an imperfect piece, they would reorder for us at no cost. So the honest review here would be that you may need to wait longer for your items here, but you will be treated right and get quality furniture.
We purchased a kids bed recently, and the entire process was awesome. From deciding on which bed and mattress to get, to picking it up and putting it together. All fantastic! While waiting to pick it up, we looked around, needing to replace our living furniture next. Jim listened to what we liked, and didn't like when it came to a chair. He nailed it on the first chair he showed us. Same with the sofa too. Even our kid said the store was super nice, it was hard for him to leave. It was like a kid in a candy store! Thank you!
