Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, clean store with lots of furniture on display. Didn't buy anything, so can't comment on any ability to negotiate prices, delivery, or financing.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The prices are a bit high compared to other local stores, but they do have a wide selection not always available elsewhere. The delivery program is very nice, and they're even willing to help you place the furniture in your home, offering to move it up to a few times to make sure it is centered and just where you want it.
I’ve got nothing but the highest praise for Rochester’s HOM Furniture team. I was politely greeted when I first came in. I am very fickle in my tastes, and when my first purchase wasn’t what I had anticipated - the store manager, Tom, dutifully listened to all of my concerns. He invited me to look over their inventory until exactly what I wanted was found; patiently, politely, and professionally responding to every request I had. The delivery team, led by Mike, were especially professional in installing all of my new furniture. The whole experience was exceptional, they do great work and I will recommend them to everyone I know. They have my business for life.
