We bought a mattress here a year ago and had a great experience! We went to a couple of other mattress stores in town and got terrible customer service at both. We called Beds Galore and they were closed but since the owner was still there he opened the store for us to come in and take a look around. We loved the service and mattress that we received! It was delivered before the date they gave us. We had a problem with our bed being too high and called the store. They let us trade in our bed frame for a nice set of sheets right away. We were so happy with our bed, pillows and everything that when one of our kids needed a new mattress we went straight to them and got a great deal on yet another bed! I recommend them to anyone I hear that is looking for a new bed!
Great Place and Great Salesmen. They answered all our questions and listened to what our needs were. I had a couple of questions after the sale was made and they were more than happy to help. I would definitely recommend shopping here!
I got an amazing deal on my kids beds. They worked with me on the price to make sure I didn't have to skip on quality.
Very uncomfortable furniture and wish we wouldn't have bought it. The brand is "Best" and it's not cheap.
I bought a mattress there and was told by the son they have a 30 day return policy, after 2 weeks I called to return the mattress because it was not comfortable, all 4 corners saged, I don't even believe it was the bed I purchased. When I called the owner told me they didn't have a 30 day return policy and his son would have never had said that basically calling me a liar, he said he would do a one time comfort exchange the mattress was $2161 which was the top of my budget, my only choice was to spend more or exchange for the same bad mattress I am the not satisfied with, he then hung up the phone. My only option was to disputed this purchase with my credit card co. which is still pending. I would not recommend buying anything from them, bad business practice and poor quality merchandise.
We purchased a couch and loveseat a few years ago and we hate them. We had to wait for delivery and when they came we sat down on them and 2 days later I called them to say the furniture leaned to one side. They replaced it and the stuff they replaced it with still leans only "way worse" now. There are only 2 of us using the furniture so it's not getting a lot of use. The arm rests also turned to mush.
