Pat is a GEM as your employee. He was so patient, we were there about 3 and a half hours talking and test driving. Pat was concerned to fit me with the car that I would be the most happy driving. He made sure to show me only in my price range and listened to my expectations and needs in my purchase of my new car. His personality, he displayed, gave me trust in his knowledge and his words for me as a buyer. Really nice staff and great prices. They're also pretty quick at getting you the car so you can drive it home didn't spend a lot of time waiting. Overall a great experience!
They have solid cars from Rochester dealers - used but below "certified." So no work on them but they clean them up nice & are honest about what you are buying. In our case, they let us take it off the lot for nearly 1/2 a day to have it checked over by our mechanic & even did a bit of research to see if they could find out if timing belt had been replaced. We purchased it. THEN just before their 3-day return was up, we had a coil go out - so it was mis-firing. Mechanic recommended taking it back to have them fix or walk away. We did. Roch Car Clearance completely took care of the fix & were polite & respectful & clearly wanted to please. If you are in the market for solid, tho not certified, used, go to Rochester Car Clearance!
