Except the guy who does the customer care washes for you. That guy rocks, and deserves a damn wage increase, because he is the only person there who seems genuine. At all.
Nothing is directly shady, it's just a general air of shenanigans. Bad vibes from those guys.
First time experience at Kuehn Motors. The salesman(Jay) was very professional and knowledgeable of many vehicle choices. I was able to keep the vehicle overnight, which allowed me to have a few friends take a look...I felt no pressure...They offer unlimited car washes on purchases as well as loaner vehicles when service is needed..This is a fantastic offering, especially for out of towners.( No courtesy car required). The trade in process was exceptionally satisfying. I cant say enough about Jay, Brad, and the entire team for this purchase. I would recommend them to all car buyers. My boyfriend is a believer in Kuehn Motor as he accompanied me during the purchase experience. Thanks to a great business with the "old school" integrity of buying a vehicle.
I've purchased half a dozen cars from Kuehn they're always professional and pressure free.
Also, they will call to remind you that you get your first oil change free... Which is cool, but they don't tell you until after you have it done that it only counts for a certain amount, and that if you didn't keep that little yellow card that they have you the day you purchased your vehicle, then you're out of luck.
I will come here for every car in the future. The people are fantastic. Tom helped us from start to finish, went out of his way, worked from home to get us all set up. Mike and Katie worked everything out for getting us finances and worked some magic to get us a great deal. It was so quick and painless and I will definitely return for my next car. Thank you so much for all of your help!
Not up front about perks of buying with them. Purposely had work done by their auto body shop (which isn't even in this city) only to be told that their rental service only applied to their MAINTENANCE shop... And that I'm just out of luck. I was definitely told that a rental was free "if I had them do the work on your vehicle".
