Tonya Smith was excellent. Warm smile. Very honest. Friendly when you walk in. Answers all your questions you have. She goes the etxra step to make sure her customers are satisfied and well taken care of. I would recommend Car Hop. Awesome customer service.
I worked with Tanya. She was absolutely wonderful and made sure I was getting taken care of. She did everything she could to get my driving. She made me feel comfortable and explained things thoroughly. I didn't feel pushed into anything I didn't want to do
Today was an amazing day! Tanya, the store manager at car hop, is pretty awesome to work with. I think she has great customer service. As well as a positive and energetic personality. So she has now gotten me into my second vehicle from car hop! I also like the fact that she got me driving in a vehicle of my choice, again!
