Great cut! Just what I wanted. Love the fact that I can schedule my cut and not have to wait!
Scheduled an appointment for today and I was able to get in same day which was nice. However, when I got there they were 10 minutes behind (not a huge deal) and then when they called me back they misinterpreted my whole appointment. She thought she was giving me a wax and a haircut. I scheduled a shampoo/condition and haircut. The lady said "oh I don't have time to wash your hair" so I got up to leave. She continued to say "sorry we couldn't hear you on the phone" 1. They could have asked me to speak louder. 2. A wash for my hair is an extra 5-10 minutes compared to a wax. They could have done it. Not impressed at all with their people skills or business.

Just moved to the area and was looking for an inexpensive close to my new home hair salon. Went in with a picture of what I was looking to get with the asymmetrical bob. She asked if I wanted it to be able to spike in the back and I replied with no. Also asked if I wanted the short side to be able to be tucked behind my ear and I replied with a yes. My hair is so short that it cannot be tucked behind my ear whatsoever and the back is barely an inch long. Not impressed with the hair artist whatsoever. During my cut she had me look and asked if it was okay and I asked her to touch up one spot and she got snippy with me telling me "well yeah that's what it is going to look like" and then proceeded by fixing the spot that I was talking about. I really don't believe that you should act this way towards customers especially since I work in customer service myself. I am not happy with my hair however I know it will grow back thankfully. I understand that my appointment was at 7:20 and the business closes at 8, but that is not my fault that I was scheduled at that time and I feel like it was rushed and she just wanted to get me out of there. I'm not the type to complain but I wanted to let the hair stylist know that as a customer I felt I shouldn't even say anything even though it was my hair being cut. I won't be returning to this salon and you shouldn't make your customers uncomfortable to be there.
Very poor haircut/beard trim. Asked for a taper in the back. Got a quick and poorly done line. Asked for a scissor trim on the beard. She starts in with the clippers and did a poor job. She tells me "I usually don't use scissors so....." Left with the same stragglers and an uneven beard. When I asked for a minor change to the length in the back of my head, she gave me a look as though I was crazy for having input. Poor customer service. Steer clear if you want a good haircut/beard trim!
