Completely understaffed. Made an appointment earlier in the day. Got there was told it would be 5 minutes. 25 minutes later I was told another 10. Cancel my appointment then. Of course after they took a walk in eye wax. A guys haircut takes hlaf the time. There's a reason they have a terrible rating. Do yourself a favor and go to MensSalon. They will treat you right there.
Worst customer service ever. Walked in to get a haircut. The place closes at 8. I was in there at 6:45. I tell her all I need is a haircut. She tells me back that she cannot fit me in because she is booked for the night. I then asked do you need an appointment? She says no. Then I say well don't you close at 8? She responds yes we do, but I was left alone for the night so after I finish this person up I'm locking the door and closing up.
She was literally blowing the loose hair off of a person and was basically finished with them and she wouldn't try to cut my hair at all. there was no one else in the facility or waiting to get a haircut. So she basically denied me service and wanted to go home so she was going to lock the door.
The ladies are nice and the prices are right. Make sure you communicate exactly what you 'd like and don't be shy otherwise you are going to be disappointed.
It is almost impossible to get a simple haircut in this store without waiting for at least one hour. Once I arrived 30 minutes before the store closing time and they said they will not accept new customers for the night. If they do not want to cut hair they should close their store and all go home.
