Absolutely love this salon! I came in on a whim on a Friday after doing lots of research on salons in the area because I recently moved to Rochester, and one of the owners, Shawn, was able to squeeze me into her schedule that day. The entire staff was extremely friendly and generous, offered me coffee and candy, referred to me by name the entire time I was there, and gave me great ideas for things to do here since I'm new to the area. Such excellent customer service and my new summer hair looks amazing! I would highly recommend this salon to everyone. As long as I'm living here, this will be my salon! :)
