There was possibly a mix up with my insurance company (or user error) and he was completely unhelpful, telling me only to call the company. I did so in his presence and he spoke to the company, which didn't solve the problem. He then tossed my phone across the counter and said "I'm sorry, but that person doesn't know how to do their job." He then started on tasks unrelated to my problem. I waited a few moments for further instructions. When he still didn't speak to me, I asked if I needed to do anything else. He said he couldn't do anything until the insurance company got their stuff straightened out. As he said this, he continued to work on other things. I left. When we went back in to ask for his name, we said "you could be more polite to which he replied, "I have 4 things going on, I don't have time."
It was a great experience that Malibu that fantastic mileage when 434 miles and only took 14 gallons of gas the only issue we had was the tank was less than half full when we picked up the car.

The vehicle was clean and worked perfectly. The online reservation was easy to make. And the office personnel was friendly, helpful, and provided great service. Overall, a perfect experience. No complaints at all.
When I came in to return my car, he was short with me, when he bothered to communicate with me at all. He actually walked out the door right in front of me to inspect the vehicle without telling me why he was walking away.
Jared, if you don't MAKE time to be polite, you will have significantly less things to do, and that's not a good thing.
