I went to the budget rental center and called the call center. I got one single response, "there is nothing we can do, sir". I am sure they don't care about one single customer going some place else.
ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!. I'm a 19 year old PCA(who tried to rent a car because mine is broken) and you have to be 25 to rent a car, now i can understand that due to insurance rules. but the lady was so unsympathetic with my situation, its almost like she was hoping i never get a car. She was rude and didn't help me at all. I've been in customer service for years and even if you can't help the person you don't talk to them like there crap!
This month I went to Enterprise, the estimate for one month of rental is $647.24. That's right half of what Budget charged me for first 30 days and one third of what Budget Charged me for 28 days.
Worst customer service ever.
I wish I had seen reviews on Yelp before i rented a car from Budget. I know this is one of the 100s of bad reviews and budget doesn't care.
Conclusion? I leave it to the reader.
Gave rented a car for straight 58 Days. In the first month the bill was $1335. For next 28 Days the bill was whooping $1750. Of course they gave me an estimate which was already higher than the charges i paid in previous month. But the actual was even higher than the estimate by 170 dollars. Some state surcharge was levied. This is normally waived of for rentals above 28 days.
Am I going back? Well I have already started renting car from another place.
I want to rent car from Budget car
I thought a continuous business would fetch me some discount. But no it was opposite.
No Doubt they gave an estimate, but I was continuing with the same car. The rates this time were increased and no one cared to tell.
