Horrible experience! I went in to get sew in hair extensions and I have never had them before so I didn't know what to expect and she never told me what to expect. And I have a sensitive scalp and after we were done she made a rude comment saying "I was you would've told me before I did your hair" and I would flinch because it would hurt and she stopped and looked at me in disgust. Also, while she was doing my hair she would talk on her cellphone, and not company calls either. Also, I have only had them for about 1week and a half and they are already starting to fall out. When I called the first time to see if she does them, she said they would be $150, I called a few weeks later and then she said they would be $175, I get their and she told me it would be a total of $265 and then she only put half of the extensions in and charged me $190. And just yesterday my boyfriend had to cut out my extensions because over half of the extension was falling out then the rest just fell out.

Came in after getting my hair completely destroyed at another salon. A man helped me and was patient while I tried on so many wigs. He helped me find what I was looking for and showed me ways to part and take care of each one. I remember promising to buy one after taking up all his time and he made sure I knew that was not required. They just wanted me to feel comfortable with them and Confident in my choice. So helpful and on bored to help get my confidence back with absolutely no pressure to buy. I have bought three wigs since and I love the place. Always eager to help or give a discount for your first time or if you purchase regularly there. Love love love them!
