I was looking to get my nose pierced and they said no appointment was necessary. The website says they're open at 11:30 I get there they're not open I look at their sign on the door and it says noon and noon comes around and they're not open. I then tried calling multiple times nobody answers and there's no machine set-up to leave a voicemail poor customer service. Oh and when I tried Googling them it says they're open at 12:30 but still at 12:30 no one was there. What time are you really open and are you really there when you say you will be?
Had my first tattoo done a week ago by Johnny and it turned out awesome! He was great at working with me to choose the right spot and size for what I wanted. I 100% recommend him!

Really strange experience here. Went in on a Sunday with my girlfriend to get her septum pierced. The guy working pulled out a tackle box of jewelry and started digging through it with his dirty fingernails without any gloves on. The whole time she was getting pierced there were two teenagers sitting in the shop making really weird/gross comments. The piercer would randomly stop what he was doing to text. And didn't really give any sort of cleaning instruction or guidance after the piercing. Overall it was a really unprofessional and uncomfortable experience, which was surprising considering the reviews. I wouldn't recommend this shop, at least not for piercings.
