They are horrible at shipping things. Which is the only thing they should be good at.
Their shipments are *consistently* late. I have an important shipment that has been tracked across the country and saying delivery date is today (Dec 21st) by end of day all week. And it's the end of the day - no package.
The staff working there are the only reason why FedEx could posibly earn two stars.
Back to back days with issues. First day shipped to wrong address. I understand this happens at times. I was actually totally cool about it and picked up my package a block down. Second day I had a package delivered which was left outside in the rain without being properly covered. $243 worth of stuff ruined. Now the hassle to try to get my money.
