Wes has gone above and beyond to make sure that any issues we have are resolved. There have been some minor things that needed to be checked out and/or fixed, which he does within a day or two of us mentioning it. He responds very quickly to his tenants and is extremely respectful. I would definitely recommend renting through him!
I rented a house from Wes while working as a clinical fellow at Mayo. Wes routinely refused to fix basic problems at his property including interior leaks. There was no routine maintenance performed on the house--it has been left to decay over time. We have had a miserable experience with this rental. Please protect yourself and avoid renting from this agency.
This was definitely not a great rental experience. Happy to say I do not have to rent a place managed by this person. When I moved in, the things the previous renter weren't even fixed. When I left, I cleaned well, never was late on rent and never caused any issues, but I was still charged saying he had to scrub the oven. I was also charged the second half of my termination fee after I was told I would not be charged if he didn't have to advertise and find a new renter. When I brought it to his attention that I had brought someone to him to rent my townhouse, and that he said he wouldn't have to charge me, he told me he never told me that. I definitely would work with a landlord directly and not one that is managed.
Wes took over the property management at my previous house and was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I had no knowledge or advanced notice of this until I found a letter on my counter one day that he had been in my house while at work with an inspector without any call, email, NOTHING. When it came time to renew the lease he was very unprofessional and made comments towards me that were very offensive.
