Horrible experience! We Ordered 28 new windows and 4 new doors Oct 7th. The job still is NOT COMPLETE!! Ridiculous! The windows were finally installed after 2 1/2 months and still waiting on the doors, which will be 3 months next week!! . Windows are nice, but horrible customer service and pathetic on the time it takes to get the job done. We were told 3 weeks back on Oct 7th. It’s now almost 3 MONTHS LATER and still not complete! Do NOT recommend!!

This Home Depot is not a superstore, like Menard's - with huge selections - but I like the personalized services at Home Depot. I like going to Home Depot with 'how-to' questions. Great place!
I have asked for quotes on a new furnace and also new carpet. There are hidden fees. Also, they often change their mind on when they are available to visit your home to give you a quote.
