Help was good!
First visit and my last visit. Not very friendly staff, it was hard to find what I was looking for, and once I asked someone, I feel it was attitude from the staff. It was a holiday I went to store, but after I got home, I did not get what I thought I did after the recommendation. Even the cashier was not very nice and seemed like he was just reciting what he was told to say and nothing felt genuine.
Adequate clean good inventory Pleasant help merchandise is of lower quality but that would suit many of us for our needs
Like most chinese tool stores, the quality can be hit and miss. If you really want a tool, look it up on the harbor freight website, then search on youtube for a review video before purchasing.
Very helpful people. I had bought a trailer and it was missing a tire. The manager helped me out as best as he can. I also lost my receipt for the title registration. He went out of his way to Email me a copy of my receipt so I didn't have to pay extra taxes in the dmv
Who doesnt love low cost tools, the problem comes in when they are also cheap tools.
With all the downfalls, i will never stop spending money here, there will always be another tool to add to the toolbox
