I went in looking for boots. I was the only customer in there and couldn't get any help. Two women behind the counter were having a conversation. I didn't want to interrupt what was surely a very important topic.
It's an amazing mom and pop shop that really takes time to help you find what you're looking for. My family has been going there for years buying anything from skis to furniture and each time all of the staff has been wonderful to us. Everyone seems to like what they do, and the selection of goods is awesome.
My wife and I are very happy with this ski shop. We recently came here to purchase our downhill ski gear and the personnel here is knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. They will go through everything you need and will even make suggestions for you to save money. We definitely recommend it if you're looking for winter outdoor gear.

We recently bought patio furniture and cushions from Tyrol. Everything came promptly (one order is still pending). Quality is all excellent and the service was fantastic.
