Terrible. Their system never gets prices right and the employees don't know and /or aren't willing to help you. Thank goodness for decent managers, though. We've never had a single in and out experience with Babies R Us in Rochester. Most of the baby food on the shelves has reached its expiration date. Shop carefully!
Well I like it because you can find a lot of baby related stuff that you can't get at the "big box" stores. I wish they'd pay a little closer attention to the front register, or at least put a bell there if you're not going to have it constantly manned.
