Super good staff. They helped my four year old grandson shop as if he were an adult. He begs to go there every time we are in Rochester.

I ended up buying some very reasonably priced kids clothing and had some good ideas for Christmas shopping later, without the kids, from watching what they wanted to play with. It was also nice that the store wasn't very busy that day.
The had a great selection of toys and the store was very clean, the employees were also very friendly and helpful. I brought my kids with and they were excited by the displays and availability of what toys they wanted. The parking lot could use resurfacing as there were some huge bumps and pit holes to look out for.
Went on Veterans day and exercise a discount for some combination birthday and holiday items and also sale priced items. I did save money overall. The staff was courteous and helpful.
This Toys-R-Us has made huge improvements in the past few months, so much so that I felt obligated to write this review! I recently visited this store (which I previously HATED to go to) and was super impressed in the changes they have made in their customer service. In the past, the employees working were often unhelpful and unenthusiastic. I always felt it was so ironic going there because you think "toy store" and what comes to mind is joy and happiness... however everyone working seemed miserable! I am happy to report that it is not like this anymore. The store was fully staffed and literally everyone I saw was doing something; whether that be cleaning, helping customers, greeting those who enter, or stocking shelves. The individuals working actually seemed happy to be there and that they cared that YOU were happy to be there, too! The manager working was present on the floor and not hiding in the office in the back. I am so grateful that these changes have been made as my son loves to go here and now I am a fan as well. Thank you so much and keep up the great work- it is noticed and it is appreciated!
