We chose this location for our groom and groomsmen suits. Worst decision ever made! A couple of days before our wedding the groom went to this location to pick up his suit, he tried his rental on and the legs were too short and the whole suit was HUGE on him, his pants would fall off him when not holding onto them. Remember he is the GROOM! They told him that in fact they did not size him wrong, when they obviously did. They proceeded to inform us that they weren't able to give him the correct fitting suit so he would have to wear that one and that he would have to use suspenders to keep his trousers from falling to the ground.... not kidding! Along with belittling the groom and not getting him the correct size suit, they also made him pay for the suit rental!! Makes me sick these people have no idea about customer service, this location should be permanently closed!
Alex is a credit to his profession. I came to Men's Warehouse to get a suit fitted for my friend's wedding. I did not have high expectations, in fact, I'd say I had no expectations at all. I was briefly assisted by another person. But it was Alex who really made a lasting impression that HIS store is run like a well oiled machine! He made my experience AMAZING and totally made my day. Men's Warehouse - Alex is a top-notch employee and should be valued and treated as such. Thank you, Alex.
They are rude, seem grumpy, and belittle their own co-workers. This I gleaned from simply listening to them speak to other customers in the course of 20 minutes.
That being said you can find some hidden treasures.
I will forever tell my husband to go to the Knights Chamber where they actually treat people with respect.
I went to men's warehouse for the third suit I purchased and it is easily my least favorite. After being tailored it came back baggy and loose fitting. The selection is good and the suit would look much better if it fit. Customer service was good when being tailored but when it was busy don't expect much attention.
Pretty horrible service both on the phone and in person, even just simple questions like what are your hours you’ll get attitude. I recommend staying away.
Store is very limited with big and tall clothing but you can order on line to be fair. Some employees are almost friendly. Work on it guys! You can get there no harm in being courteous it's your job after all.
I am extremely disappointed with this location!
