I always found them to be really good with keeping my cat calm and safe while wor king with her.

Way more expensive then any other vet, front desk employee was very nice and friendly, vet & tech, not so much. The hours are great but again WAY TOO EXPENSIVE, check elsewhere..

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR PET HERE!! The first time we took our new puppy to the store we were bombarded with information about the "wellness plan" I needed time to process everything and took the pamphlet home to review. For my dog it would be about 60 dollars then 20 every month after that for complete vaccinations, various tests- a bunch of preventative things and free office visits! As many as i wanted! After checking around, that sounded like the deal of a lifetime. I may be low income but I want the best I can get for my animals. We went back to get her in for an appointment and I ended up talking to a lady that was very snippy. I asked about the health insurance for dogs and she snapped, "it's not health insurance! It's a wellness plan!" Jeez sorry for making the mistake of using the wrong word. We got our puppy scheduled after about 30 minutes of waiting in line. I didn't mind, we talked pets with everyone waiting in line. But right before I left this morning, I did a quick search on the internet for reviews. just to be sure. I usually always research fully.. this time I had just been swept away with how good everything sounded. I am so glad I looked up the reviews. Hundreds of people having mostly the same problems! From small things like "The staff just seem to be up selling every vet visit." To huge things like alleged pet death caused by the "vets" Also it's nearly impossible to cancel once you sign up, or face huge bills! It's as absolute money trap. I am appalled I ALMOST took my pet there. We are low income so we will be taking our baby puppy to MNSNAP. It's a charity run by real vetrenarians that volunteer. This isn't an ad for them, they are a truly low cost solution for people that need help getting vaccines and spay/ neuter surgeries for their pets. BE INFORMED PEOPLE. DO YOUR RESEARCH. DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT.

DVM Siefert, the vet who had predominantly cared for my cat which had multiple chronic health conditions, went above and beyond the call of duty. She was very attentive to my cat's and family's needs as well as knowledgeable. She spent as much time as needed to educate and train us to maintain proper care of a cat with multiple chronic health conditions. We walked away every single time confident because all our questions where answered, we were informed, and we had a maintenance plan for our cat. DVM Siefert, went out of her way anytime we encountered a difficult situation. I was very impressed, frankly I'm rarely impressed. DVM Quillen, had worked on a complicated multi-factorial health problem with our dog. She also was very knowledgeable and spent the time needed to answer our questions and leave us feeling confident in the care he was receiving. Both doctors took the time to consult or research information if they didn't have the answers. I found my experience at Banfield exceptional. Given from what I have seen that the vet's work 12 hr days 5 days a week I would expect basic at best service. I had many a hesitation switching over to Banfield from a small veterinary practice I took my fur babies to for over 20 years. I thought I would get impersonal service and rushed out the door given it was a corporate company but what I received was anything but. The switch initially occurred because Banfield is open longer hours and weekends unlike other local vets. Very quickly aside from the hours, the vet's knowledge basis, care, and willingness I realized I was in the perfect place to meet my cat's chronic health conditions needs and mine for being informed and heard. Now my entire fur baby family has switched over. I've never felt better and at peace knowing they are getting the best of care and my needs are also being met by vets that take the time to answer questions, educate, and most importantly go out of there way to provide for the needs of your fur baby and you.

Open and helpful. I had a couple emergency calls for my cat and Banfield was always great. I did use the wellness plan which kept the blood work and office visit, as well as meds, prices really really reasonable. The sedated teeth cleaning was good too, especially since they gave my cat a quick shave around her bum where she had a little bit of a mess.

I take my precious kitty to Banfield currently, so far I am liking the clinic. The staff is always kind and caring. However there isn't someone at the check-in desk as much as there should be. So check in is a bit of a wait...
