However, when I called Eric this year about new repair at my roofing, I never get through the phone. Nobody answer the phone. Even I left several messages, there is no reply. I have no idea if the company is still in the business ?
Exceptional customer service, my wife and I meet Eric Ronningen at the Rochester Home Builders Show in February. We signed up to schedule an appointment and the rest is history! Eric was very impressive with his communication skills in every step throughout the job. He was not the first "roofer" we tried to work with to get the job done. Eric did exactly what he said he would do every step of the process. Every question was answered in a timely manner, workers showed up when expected and all my expectations were exceeded. And I was considering doing this job myself? Best decision I have recently was to hire Eric Ronningen! His work crew worked efficiently and did a beautiful job! Terrible communication skills. Hard to get in contact with. Poor follow through. Not impressed with this company at all. And such a shame because they came highly recommended.
I am writing this note to recommend the services of Ronnigen Roofing. Like most homeowners, I had no experience replacing my roof until after a hail storm went thru the area and my house sustained significant damage. I contacted my insurance company and solicited bids from multiple roofing contractors and thankfully chose Ronnigen Roofing to complete the work. Jared, their salesman, walked me thru the whole process and programmed the date for replacement with the color and type of shingles we wanted. Eric Ronnigen's team that conducted the replacement was very knowledgeable and extremely professional while showing a genuine concern for quality and attention to detail to my house. The crew worked extremely hard and put in twelve hour days, but because of the dormers and tight corners of the architecture of the house it took them an extra half day. I was pleased when they said they weren't worried about the time, but that they wanted to ensure they did a thorough and quality job. The roof looks truly awesome and both me and my wife can't strongly enough recommend the services of Ronnigen roofing, from our initial contact to the final clean-up, their services go above and beyond and the end result is a truly superior service and product exceeding competitors.
The guys did an Excellent job on my roof! Eric came over prior to the roof getting done ( a couple of weeks) and I picked out the color of the shingles I wanted and we scheduled a time when he could come! They were done in one day and my new roof looks amazing! They cleaned up so well too afterwards!!! Eric repaired 9 roof vents together with plywood under the vent for my home last April. I really appreciated their great job and patience to do all of this.
