I called KWBillman on a Tuesday. I was in a huge hurry to get my project started and finished. I spoke to a lady on the phone and told her i needed someone out as soon as possible. I did not get off work until 7pm. She told me it was no problem. She had schedule me for that night at 8pm. When the sales rep arrived i thought oh boy he is going to be mad he is working so late, however, he was so pleasant. He took time to go through everything with me and answered all my questions and concerns. He was not irritated one bit. Most pleasant experience i have had in a long time. I told him i had to look over everything and would contact him back. He was not pushy at all. He left me his cell phone number and told me to call him when I was ready. I called him back a week later and told him i was going with KWBillman. He had to come back out so we could sign everything. Once again he worked with my schedule. The receptionist called me to schedule the roofing. She was very nice and pleasant to work with. They were able to get me on the schedule in a very timely manner, as once again i was in a very big rush to get this done. The roofers arrived on time, did an excellent job, made sure they picked everything up. They also had helped move some of my big planters out of the way so they could have access to the roof. I ended up having to have sheeting replaced. The roofer who was running the crew made sure he called me to let me know what was going on, and to make sure i knew it was happening. I was so impressed that they took the time to make sure i was up to date on everything. They were very professional. I would highly recommend KWBillman to anyone who asks.
I would not recommend Billman roofing. We had a bad experience and outcome with them. The foreman made a decision on the job without consulting us and modified the drip edge to avoid removing the rain gutters. Our current contractor says they were lazy. The water has been running off the wood fascia and ruining it. Mr. Billman refuses to fix the problem his foreman created. He is too busy "farming."
