What a fantastic place! As a novice tea brewer, I felt welcomed and appreciated from the moment I stepped inside the building. I spoke with Garret for a short while, and his passion for tea is bolstered by his wealth of tea related knowledge. Even with my lack of brewing experience, I didn't feel overwhelmed or ostracized at all. The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Their shop has a simple elegance that meshes well with their trade. Pricing seems to be reasonable given the quality of their products, and their attentiveness to where their products originate. My only criticism is the lack of package size options. They mostly have 1 oz bags out for purchase, and it would be nice to have a greater selection of sizes. Great establishment, great tea! Owners are very knowledgeable and very helpful to novice tea drinkers; they helped me find some great tea options and set me up with the right items needed for brewing my own loose leaf tea. Fantastic!
