Made a reservation through the national website for a moving van with a confirmed pick up on Sunday at 11:30am. Arrived at 11:30am to learn they were closed. Waited for 15 minutes when an agent showed up. Explained to him I was there to pick up a reserved moving van and he told me he wasn't permitted by management to rent moving vans on a Sunday and that I would have to come back on Monday and speak to a different agent. I explained to him I had just driven 60 miles to pick up the moving van and I was on a tight schedule for a 1000 mile move. He said this happens all the time and that I was not the only one. He couldn't help me. Jerks!
